The best in a Hilite Plated item can be seen for as long as 20 years. However weather conditions, friction and maintenance play a big role in a plated items life span. Eg: if an item is exposed to beach weather it may last for a shorter term. |

Can you guarantee your delivery time? |

Yes, because our factories are equipped with up to date technology and can handle obstacles such as temperature, dampness etc. |

What are your terms of payment? |

30 day payment.
For new customers an advance will be payable when commissioning a job and the balance is payable on delivery or pick up of the plated items. |

How can we make payment? |

Payment may be made by direct transfer, credit card. Cheques are accepted however work will commence only after clearance of the cheque. |

How will I know when the job is complete? |

You will receive a call from our factory indicating the time for delivery or pick up. |

In the event of your not being able to meet the order requirement what happens? |

This has hardly ever occurred at Hilite Plating. However in such an event the Hilite Plating management will get in touch with you and enter in to a reasonable compromise. |
